The co-originators

EverPresence grew from a shared conviction that places and phenomena can hold standing in decision-making. The five elements name the classes of entity we help seat on the record.

Conviction

Decisions shape rivers, mountains, airsheds, and forests, yet those places hold no standing in the processes that decide their future. Capital secures human representation; a place secures none. EverPresence exists to close that gap, grounded in the legal standing that courts and legislatures already grant across more than a dozen jurisdictions.

We operationalise standing that law already recognises. We design the process, build the stewarded agents that carry a place's interests, and champion the practice until a watershed's voice on the record is normal.

The two-entity model

EverPresence advocates and designs; the neutral platform stays neutral. The advocacy and the transparency infrastructure live in separate entities so each stays credible. See Presence Assembly for the detail.
